Nude 5ive

This is my little spot on the web dedicated to the UK lads band, 5ive. Yes, not 'boyband', is "lads band". Starting with their first single, 'Slam Dunk (Da Funk)', 5ive proved to their listener that they could dance circles around the current groups. Abs and J provided the hip hop/rap verses while, Scott, Sean and Richie sang the sweet melodies. Abs (I like best... hehee), J, Scott, Sean and Richie........ five names that will become more well known in the future.

How did they get their name?
Well 5ive was actually one of the many options. It topped the list of names that they came up  with and then one night they went out to dinner and the waiter said that they only had a table good for 5 people. And then while they were in Denmark one time, they were sitting in a Chinese restaurant when there came a brand new Mercedes Benz parked outside and the plate showed only '5'. And then the hotel room number of their manager, Chris, was number 555! Well, they thought there had been too many signs so they adopted the name 5ive!
